| As you first enter your deep cleansing program, please understand that this is a process. A process takes time. More for some, less for others. Since we use only natural ingredients and not harsh chemicals, such natural ingredients react differently from person to person. It is recommended that you follow this program initially once a week for a month, then every other week for a month, and then becoming a maintenance program of at least once a month.

Mix equal amounts from the jar of Lift Powder with approximately the same amount of your Lift Activator in a covered glass container.

Usually about one teaspoon of each. Leave any excess mix in refrigerator.

For Lift Treatment:

1. Cleanse.

2. Apply approximately ½ tsp Lift Treatment to entire face and neck. Use more if necessary.

3. Allow to dry, approximately 20 minutes. During this drying time you skin is first absorbing nutrient from the mask solution which includes freeze-dried royal jelly, and Aloe Vera polysaccharides.

After the mask dries it will have absorbed poisons and toxins from your skin.

To Remove:

4. Apply & massage in small amount of Lift Activator & rinse thoroughly. You may also use your Step #1 Cleansing Creme and a wet (hot) clean washcloth.

To Finish:

5. Apply Steps #2, 3 & 4. If necessary you may then apply make-up.

May be used 2 or 3 times a week or as often as you want.

For tightening, firming and plumping up the skin. Excellent minimizer for small lines around the eyes and mouth. Essential for proper deep cleansing of your skin.
